This page describes what happens to the data you send us through this website.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, optionally your company and country, and your message. Nothing else is collected and there is no account.
Why
To answer your enquiry. A retailer enquiry is used to send a price list, terms and lead times; a brand enquiry is used to reply about working together in Europe.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts. Fonts and map data are served from our own server, so opening a page does not tell anyone else that you did.
Where it goes
Form submissions are received by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and forwarded to info@bbdistribution.nl. A copy stays in our Netlify account so that a failed email never loses an enquiry. Netlify is based in the United States, so your message is processed outside the European Union.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation they started.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Mail info@bbdistribution.nl and we will handle it.
